EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mercer handles commercial litigation for shopping centers, real estate management companies, construction companies and other commercial clients. He regularly handles commercial landlord-tenant disputes and other lease interpretation matters. He represents construction companies in construction law disputes and private clubs/liquor license holders in matters before the Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
